WEEK 4: TAKE ACTION - ASK FOR HELP

Week 4 is here already and it's been so incredible! What are some of the new things you have rediscovered about yourself? We'd love to hear, feel free to share in the Facebook group.

Week 4: Asking for Help

This week, we are going to focus on asking for help and learning to deal with rejections, disappointments and failing. Asking for help can be uncomfortable but not asking for help can also mean it will take longer for you to achieve your goals and might not have the same impact.

It's about expanding your assumptions of what you think is possible for your life. Also, asking for help will help you confront your fears and develop your courage. When you challenge yourself to ask for what you want by asking for help it teaches you creative ways to ASK.

Doing it on your own is not possible! Increase your chances of being greater when you ask for help.


ACTIVITIES

1. Choose one of the goals you want to focus on throughout this challenge and identify at least five (5) people who can help you achieve your goals. This week's strategy is leveraging your network (friends, family, associates), leverage the power of the internet and social media (make use of Linkedin to reach out) also step outside of yur own space cold email/call people you'd love to work with - I share tips in this week's video.

Share one major goal you will be focusing on for the rest of this challenge and why you wan to achieve it
