The start of a new year gives always give the opportunity to press that reset button and to even dream bigger and be bolder in pursuing your goals. What do you want to do this year more than ever? What habits and mindsets are you willing to cultivate in order to live your best and most fulfilling life? Take a minute to think about it.

Before you move forward with setting your goals, spending the time to identify the things that hindered your progress or things that helped you achieve major success is a must do, whether it may be habits, relationships or your thoughts. 

Good ideas аnd having goals is what wіll help you manifest your desires. Expressing your intentions through your physical body and creating an affirmation of that intention tells the universe that you are determined and fully involved in your idea.

Here is a simple guide to help you achieve your goals:-

Be Intentional

An intention is the goal that you wish to acheive. It's what you have made your mind up about and have your heart set on. An intention is an affirmation that you make about what you would like to accomplish in your future. Putting your intention out to the Universe, then sitting back and waiting for it to happen without any action on your part is like a person who goes for psychic reading and wants to know their future. They sit back in the belief that it's all set in stone and ready for them, then return angry to the reader saying it never happened, only to admit they never performed any actions to put the energy into motion. It's the same with expecting doctor recommedations to work if you never take the medications. 

You’ll never know unless you take action.

Practice Visualization

If you want to increase the likelihood of reaching your goals and dreams, visualization is where it all begins. By having the ability to visualize your goals you do a few important things:-

  • It teaches your brain to recognize what resources it will need to help you succeed in reaching your goals. 
  • It creates an inner motivation to strive for your goals and dreams. 
  • It promotes positive thinking, which will help you to stay on track to be successful in the long run.

Have Your Affirmations on Repeat

Many big goals are difficult to imagine accomplishing. You may have no idea how you will accomplish them. Other people may reinforce this by chuckling at your goals. You may not know anyone who has achieved them. In these circumstances, what are the chances you will actually begin making the right changes in your life to ultimately accomplish these big goals? Affirmations allow you to close this gap, change your belief and start taking meaningful actions. They are the first step to change. 

Take Action

Without participation and action, the future you wish for isn't going to just land in your lap. You need to back up your ideas with forward motion, courage and action. Ideas can remain in your mind forever, but without the action of bringing them down into the physical world, there is no manifestation of the idea - therefore, no results.

Start bringing them into the physical world by actually writing them down. In order to turn your ideas into a reality, you need to empower them every day. Take an action each day to manifest your vision. Write your affirmation, do the research, do one action each day to bring your idea into a reality. You will see results!
