For Women to Women, a digital resources platform and growing community designed empower 20-30-something-year-old women to continually elevate themselves both in their personal and professional lives so that they can become change agents in their own lives and the world. 


 

Through the community and curated events, FWTW creates an opportunity for women to design purpose-filled lives, diversify their empowerment circle and strengthen their consciousness of celebrating and elevating other women while they inspire change in their communities.

Meet the Founder

 
 

Carey-Lee Dixon describes herself as ‘The Girl With a Knack for Life’ who enjoys working on being the best version of herself and helping others to grow while living purposefully.

Carey-Lee, who isn’t afraid to DREAM BIG and believes in living a life without limits has a passion for living a purposeful life where personal growth, career advancement and women empowerment is a passion of hers.

In 2012, Carey-Lee founded and introducedFor Women to Women which is grew from being a blog into a community designed for purpose-driven, career-oriented and entrepreneurial 20-30-something-year-old women, who want to continually elevate themselves both in their personal and professional lives.

Having seen and experienced the benefits of bonding aligning herself with powerful and like-minded women, Carey-Lee hopes women will glean from the mission of For Women to Women as she fosters a culture for women to enhance the lives of each other – by exposing women to tools for growth while presenting refreshingly, raw and honest conversations; and shared life experiences and lessons.

She has been named Women’s Entrepreneur Day, Jamaica Youth Ambassador for 2015.
